Caesars Palace - Beijing Noodle No.9

Beijing Noodle No. 9 at Caesars Palace. We were not sure if we wanted to eat here or at Sea Harbour. But the Sea Harbour prices were a rip-off, it was seriously expensive, so we decided to try here. The decor was very nice, like a cool cafe in Tokyo. I didn't realize until now, but all the items in the menu prices are .09. This place also has bird's nest on the menu for $99.09.

We got our first order (it was chicken) after waiting 30 minutes. They said beef pancake and soup dumplings take longer to cook.

I suggest you order whatever says "chef's special", maybe? At least the noodles here looks like homemade, so you might wanna try that, but I'm not saying they are delicious. We weren't crazy about the noodles, but maybe you'd like them.

We don't know what "Beijing" style food taste should be. We've never been to Beijing. So if you are actually from Beijing and tried this place, please tell me if this is the real Beijing taste or not.

Imperial seafood soup dumplings $12.09
I hated, but he liked it.

Rice $3.09
Rice should be free, don't you think?

Chef's special handmade noodle with diced eggplant (Beijing style) $12.09

Noodle itself had no taste, but with eggplant, it was all right. It was very light flavor.

Chef Yu's special beef pancake $9.09

I actually liked these pancakes. My husband didn't.

Beijing salt and pepper chicken $15.09

We were kinda shocked when we saw this chicken. Because it looked very different from salt and pepper chicken we've eaten before. This was just dry, deep-fried chicken. My husband was so pissed off and hated it.

And the chicken didn't look like real chicken.
