Rio Carnival world breakfast buffet in 2005. I don't remember if we liked it or not (probably not) but service was good (maybe that's because it wasn't busy, only a few customers because we were here when they just opened for breakfast).
Possibly my biggest disappointment in all of Vegas. I know a lot of people seem to love this Buffet. I am definitely not one of its fans. It is true that it has a big variety, but what good is a bigger selection if the quality is very poor. This seems like a place to bring kids who would be happy to have some mac & cheese, pizza, french fries and then go get some ice cream for desert. While not as bad as say Imperial Palace, Circus Circus or Sahara, it is not far from their level. I would say avoid this buffet unless you are feeding kids.
We enjoyed the Rio's buffet so much we went twice. The first time we came late, had breakfast and stayed for lunch.
