Mojito Caribbean Cuisine restaurant in Valencia. Excellent service, food was fine. It wasn't wow! but it was good.

Tamal Cubano con Cangrejo $10
A cuban favorite with a twist, fresh corn tamale stuffed with shredded crab served over rock shrimp tossed in a tomato creole sauce


























Paella $34
Clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, white fish, chicken, and chorizo cooked in saffron rice topped with a half lobster (you can get full lobster for extra), served with grilled calamari salad
It was big enough to share, we had half left over
