Caesars Palace - Payard Patisserie & Bistro

Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace. Just opened up last month. It's like Jean Phillippe.
There's a cafe as well around the corner and you can have breakfast pastries, lunch and other stuff. I loved raspberry mousse below. Green tea tart was very interesting, new taste. It was sour. Green tea marshmallow was chewy and gooey. They also have crepes and gelato.

    Thanks for posting. This place looks good! I plan on going to Jean Phillipe too but I think I'll give this place a try as well.

    You should try both places, they are both good. Yes, there are places to sit and eat at Payard.
