Koraku at the Primm Fashion Outlet Mall in Nevada. *CLICK HERE for pics from 2005. We thought the taste was a little different from Koraku in Little Tokyo. I was kinda shocked when we saw Mexican people making the food. My noodles were undercooked, still hard, tasted liked something you can buy in a package (3pc) at the Little Tokyo supermarket for $2. Tenshin fried rice was OK, not as good as their other locations.
Tenshin fried rice with gravy $10.25
Ramen salad (hiyashi chuka) $9.35

LMAO!!! Mexicans cooking Japanese food! I'm a Japanese girl myself..and my grandma always taught me to never eat Japanese food if it wasn't cooked by the Japanese. Too funny, but also starting to become really common these days.
