Homemade bruschetta with leftovers

My husband made this bruschetta using what we had in the fridge.

From bottom: French bread, olive oil, chopped garlic, pepperoni slices, diced fresh tomato and shredded mozzarella cheese. Put in the oven at 425 and bake for a few minutes.

  2. Looks good and reminds of those pepperoni pizza bites. Although I am sure yours is way better than those frozen rocks.
