Ginseng chicken soup (Samgyetang) from Seoul Hae Janggook Tofu House, located inside Northridge Galleria Market. My husband ordered this, and I basically only had some banchan (fish, kimchi, etc) as I don't like this type of chicken dish. But it's quite good for food court food. Tastes homemade.
It's a small whole chicken, and inside the chicken was stuffed with rice, garlic, chestnut, as shown in the last picture.

The photos actually look pretty good :). Although they appear a bit small on the blog, which you can fix by enlarging the image. The food looks really good and fresh. Definitely good for food court food.
ReplyDeleteThey are fresh for sure. They made to order. This store was kinda busy, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the food.
