The chef Eric Greenspan was on food network's "the next iron chef".

amuse bouche
It was good, but I can't eat Parmesan cheese and I had to remove it.

Breast of Squab $17
savory "stuffing", candied yams, green beans

This was my plate. It was very small portion. I never tried Squab before and now I know, I don't like Squab. It was like chewing fatty raw meat. Candied yam was delicious. They should have candied yam as a side dish on the menu. I think they said they use homemade marshmallow.

The "Patio Season" burger $12
cheddar, Hawaiian bread, winter condiments

I tasted a little bit, and the burger was delicious. These condiments were very good. It worth $12. Try it.

When we asked to pastry chef about "Persimmon Pancake", he said he doesn't recommend it.
Why he even putting up on the menu if he doesn't like it?
Anyway, both desserts below were okay, but I wouldn't order again.
Cranberry Clafoutis $9
tangerine segments, mint ice cream

Quince Napoleon $9
vodka granite, burnt lemon sauce

Quince was like pear. This napoleon was too sour for me.
