Tosa Ryouri Tsukasa. "Tosa" means Kochi, "Ryouri" means food.
Maybe you can't tell from picture, but it was a lunch time and so crowded, we wrote down our name, and waited about 15 minutes or so. This place sells Kochi's local food and souvenirs, so you won't get bored while you are waiting.
This place is really not for local people, more for travelers, so price is little high, and also food is not great. It's fine, but not the best place to eat. But we were all hungry and we were in the area.
When I'm in L.A., I never eat this type of food, so I felt so healthy.
