E Moon Oak - Koreatown

E Moon Oak, located next to Man Mi Bakery. Good place for healthy Korean noodle soup.

salt and green onions

you can't tell from the picture, but it's pink

kimchi

Sul-Lung-Tahng (the original) $5.99
traditional beef soup made from an ancient Korean recipe, prepared by boiling beef bones and brisket. Served with rice noodles and sliced brisket

Add desired amount of salt and green onions

My first time trying Sul-Lung-Tahng, the soup has no taste so make sure to add salt, but be sure to not add too much salt or it would be too salty. Just taste it and make your soup the way you like.

Yook-Gae-Jahng $8.99
spicy beef broth with seasoned shredded beef, green onions, bean sprouts, egg, and glass noodles

spicy, tasty, love it.

Rating (food): 4.3 / 5
Rating (service): 4 / 5
