Bottega Louie - Downtown, L.A.

This is one of my favorite place for pastries in Los Angeles. You can also dine here and I tried to, but it was packed and I didn't have reservations, so I just bought some pastries to go.

Their pastries are overpriced (to me), but everything I ate was really delicious.

I tried to buy this pistachio cake, but it was like $12 so I decided not to buy it. It's only available on weekends.

Verrine $5.50

Frangipane tart $6.50
Seasonal farmer's market fruit, almond cream & streusel

Tiramisu $6.50
Brandy & espresso soaked spongecake, coffee mascarpone cream

Tropezienne $6.50

White chocolate baguette $2

Walnut raisin bread $5

Monkey bread $3
bacon, mustard inside.

Croissant $3

Macaron (keylime) $8

Eclair (tiramisu) $3

Passion fruit tart $4
Passion fruit curd with passion fruit meringue
