Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
Recently I received USDA Organic Matcha by KissMe Organics to review the product. So far, I made green tea pancakes, waffles, muffins, pound cake and steamed cake. I absolutely loved this green tea powder. I do have other green tea powder at home but this one is greener and stronger flavor. I haven't made any latte but I'm sure its gonna be extra delicious with this powder.
Here's the little discription about the USDA Organic Matcha:

Consuming matcha green tea can increase thermogenesis (the body's own rate of burning calories) from a normal 8%-10% of daily energy expenditure, to between 35% and 43% of daily energy expediture.
IMPROVED SKIN HEALTH
Scientists have discovered that Matcha Green Tea helps protect the skin from harmful UVrays, while improving blood flow and oxygen levels lifting the overall quality of the skin.
137xTHE ANTIOXIDANTS OF BREWED GREEN TEA
Antioxidants are essential as you age to boost your body's natural defenses against oxidation. Researchers have found that a high level of dietary antioxidants can prevent many age-related diseases.

You can try pancakes below, but also try affogato I made before.
Here's the recipe I used. I probably used less butter. I also separated egg white and yolk.
Green tea pancake / waffle serves 2
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 oz matcha powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
1) In a large bowl sift and combine all dry ingredients and punch in a well in the middle.
2) In separate bowl, whisk egg white and sugar until stiff peaks form.
3) Add milk, melted butter, and egg yolk into dry mixture.
4) Mix, then add egg white mixture.
5) On a heated and oiled griddle or pan, pour the batter while letting it form a circular shape.
6) Cook one side on medium- low heat until it bubbles and is ready to be flipped.
7) Cook the other side and be careful not to burn.
8) Serve on a plate and continue the pancake cooking process.
I also made waffles with leftover batter.
I made muffin using muffin mix. I added green tea powder to recipe.
