Gindaco, famous Japanese takoyaki chain store is now open in Los Angeles, inside Tokyo Central supermarket in Gardena as the first U.S. location. And starting today, they have new flavor, yuzu ponzu. It's 8pcs for $7.25 plus tax so it's not cheap but you can get delicious takoyaki here in L.A.
It's been a while since last time I was here. I remember I had the best chicken and waffles here. Recently I went back to try their new menu by Jennifer O'Neil. Although she recently quit and going back to her hometown so she's no longer there, but you can still try this new menu items, it's just not cooked by her and it may not taste the same.
My favorites are pasta & Prawns, and street korn.

Karayama just opened last week in Little Tokyo. Famous for crispy exterior that remains crispy even when it's cold, Karayama started as a mom-and-pop shop in Asakusa Tokyo, then grew into 50+ locations in Japan and in Asia. This is the first U.S. location of Karayama.
