Mild Sauce Chicago style is now open in Los Angeles

The newly-opened Mild Sauce is unlike anything else in the Beverly Hills restaurant landscape. Former Midwesterners are transported home and Californian’s are hooked by one delicious piece of Chicago-style chicken and fish at a time. Through taking one simple condiment, they have turned into a viable brand. Created by entrepreneurial partners Kenneth Caldwell and Apryl Correa, Mild Sauce takes its name and essence from the famous Chicago institution—Mild Sauce.

The Mild Sauce menu includes Jumbo Fried Shrimp, Catfish, and Chicken Strips all batter fried with high-quality seasonings and spices. Paired with homemade sides, like their secret recipe coleslaw, fried okra and French fries it’s simply delicious. All food is fresh daily and cooked to order coming to you hot, juicy and right out of the fryer.

Be sure to check out my video at the end!
