New Japanese Italian restaurant Blackship - West Hollywood

Back in December, I went to newly opened Japanese Italian restaurant, blackship. I was here during soft opening and it was difficult to make reservations. They told us to just walk-in, and we got table no problems. Inside tables were all full, but the bar area and patio were open. I told them I wanna seat patio, since there were no people, but the host was keep saying "bar is nice" "I think bar is good" "I think patio is too cold" and she won't let us seat outside. I don't know why she didn't wanna let us seat outside since there was nobody but tables were all set up.
After I told her few times that I wanna seat outside, she finally said ok.

I just didn't like the host here. Also I didn't like the fact they added 20% service charge without any mention, and taxed not only on total amount, but on tip amount also.

Food was good, but I expected too much.

TKG Arancini $4

Shungiku Gnocchi $20
I like this gnocchi better than bolognese.
Hamachi Bolognese $26
I couldn't tell if there's any hamachi in it or not.
Carbonara ramen (cheese side) $19
Fall squash croquette $4
Local Albacore Namerou $18

Kurobuta Chop Roast $42

Hojicha Matcha tiramisu $12
