It's located at USC village, you can build your own plate. Pick from tofu, chicken, short ribs, and bulgogi. You can also choose your base from white rice, cauliflower rice, brown rice, japchae, and greens. I got bulgogi, tofu, and short ribs. And don't forget to try lemonades! They have so many flavors of yummy lemonades and my favorite is pineapple ginger lemonade. Can't skip that!

I love smoked sausage and I like making pasta with it. I used kiolbassa smoked meats and made penne pasta, also made fried rice with egg and gravy. So good.

Lucky Foods frozen spring rolls
So I tried Lucky foods frozen spring rolls and kimchi. I like eating these spring rolls when I get hungry at late night because these are low calories. Each box contains 4 spring rolls and each one is only around 50 calories. However, every time I cook in the oven, it fails as you can see in my pic and video below. I followed directions as the package says, and it doesn't get crispy, and skin breaks every time. I mean, the wrapper is already cracked as you can see in the video. Does this happen to you? Some people suggested trying air fryer, but I don't have it so I can't try.

Cooking pasta with Primal Kitchen vodka sauce
Due to stay home order, I've been cooking at home a lot lately. I recently made pasta using Primal Kitchen vodka sauce and Certified Piedmontese ground beef.
My pasta was delicious. Certified Piedmontese meats are very lean, and I liked vodka sauce, too.
