Valentine's Day is just around the corner. Some of you are probably planning to have a nice dinner at the restaurant, but there are people like myself, who just wanna cook easy and delicious meals at home.
Here are the upcoming February box flavors:
A Wildgrain Subscription bread box is a must-have for Valentine's Day this February! Of course, not only for Valentine's Day, Wildgrain is perfect for any holiday or just monthly use for cozy family meals at home.
This year, I decided to use a Wildgrain subscription box for the first time and I just loved it.
Wildgrain is the first bake-from-frozen delivery service for artisan pastries, sourdough bread, and pasta. and your order comes with *FREE croissants!
All bread was pretty easy to bake and made with clean ingredients, and the long fermentation process provide health benefits you won't find at the grocery store.
All you have to do is to put the bread in the oven and just bake it for about 15- 20 minutes. Please see the directions on each bread since each bread has a different cooking time. But everything I received was under 20 minutes of baking time.

My box came with 3 sourdough loaves, hand-cut fresh pastas, choco chip cookie dough, and free croissants. And the best part is you can order now and just keep these in the freezer until ready to use! I hope you have a big refrigerator.
I'm excited to try cranberry pecan bread. That sounds so good.
Just to give you an idea, you can make avocado toast, french toast, hot sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, or just eat it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar like I did. Great with pasta!
Just in 15 minutes, you have freshly baked croissants!? Oh my god, I love this. Have you ever made croissants from scratch? I've tried it once before and I told myself, I never gonna make croissants from scratch. It takes so many hours to make croissants but only takes a few minutes to finish eating. Anyways, these croissants tasted just like from the bakery.
I made shrimp pasta using fettuccini and a jar of porcini mushroom tomato sauce. I forgot to add bacon but it was still good. If you like cream sauce pasta, this hand-cut fresh fettuccini pasta will be perfect for that. The package says to keep it frozen so I put any leftover fettuccini in the freezer. I'd say one package is enough to make for 4 people, and about 5 minutes of boiling time.
The cookies were chewy and soft, with lots of chocolate pieces
By subscribing to the box, you'll be supporting small bakeries in the country. Not only that, for every new Wildgrain member, they donate 6 meals to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
