Dog Haus - Pasadena

Thanks to Groupon. I had free $5 credit, and I got $10 of the food for $5 deal a while ago. That means $10 of free food! I ended up paying $1.90 but hey, I got all the food for under $2? Great!

I ordered corn dog, slider and hot dogs. Yes, that's all for me. I ate all. Everything was delicious and the workers were friendly. I like their $1.50 sliders and slingers. It's perfect for someone like me, who doesn't wanna eat too much or just wanna try little bit of everything.

To me, it look like burned. It was very black. But I ate it anyway. I still liked it.

I got my hot dog with veggie dog. It was difficult to eat. I believe they use Hawaiian Rolls for all their dogs, so of course, the bread was delicious. The hot dog was good, but I don't think I'm getting it again. To me, it didn't match well with avocado and veggie dog and the sauce.

The Lobby Thai cafe in Thai town

I didn't know until recently, I found the Thai cafe in Thai town! Open late and they have some unusual items on the menu, like Toasted bread I got. The food and drinks are not the best, in fact, they are just ok, but I'm going back and try their pink milk and other flavors of the toasted bread next time.

I was asking about some of their cupcakes, but the cashier girls barely speak English.

Green tea smoothie $4.75, and Iced latte, I think. My friends ordered but they didn't like it. They said too sweet.

And this is my order. Toasted bread with Thai tea, and spicy Thai jam with mince sweet pork $3.25
Yes, you get two toasted bread, and you can choose both different toppings.

The coolhaus Shop - Culver City

Because La Dijonaise Cafe was not very good, we needed to find the place that has good desserts so we came here, at the coolhaus shop for delicious ice cream sandwich. We know they are delicious. It was a perfect place to end my day.

Jameson brown coffee roasters - Pasadena

I'm glad that I found this place.On my way home, I was browsing yelp to see if there are any other place I wanna stop by and I found this coffee place.

My small latte wasn't really small, it was more like medium size to me. It was just tasty and I usually add raw sugar but I didn't need to do that.

Class 302 - Rowland Heights

This cafe theme is classroom in Taiwan. We came here after played at Round 1. Very popular cafe in Rowland Heights. This place is always crowded and they are known for yummy shaved snow.

It's like class room in Taiwan. Their tables and chairs are from Taiwan. The servers are also wearing Taiwan's school uniform.

It's big, enough for 3-4 people.

Peach green tea $2.95
So good. Really nice peach fragrance.

My new favorite kitchen scale - Cuissential SlickScale

I received this awesome kitchen scale recently and I absolutely love it so I thought I should share this with my readers. It's really tiny and slim, nice and simple design. Also very useful for English and Asian recipes because they use "ml" and "g". Of course you can also use this scale for "ounces" too.

La Dijonaise Cafe et Boulangerie - Culver City

This place was disappointing. Nothing delicious. They don't heat up tart or muffin so our tart was just cold. I ordered latte and I could only taste milk. It was my first time asking to take them back my latte.

This is cafe latte that I tasted and didn't like at all, so I asked them if I can change it to regular coffee. They said they'll make new one, but I didn't want that. I just asked for regular coffee.

And I got coffee. It was nothing special, like you can get at Seven Eleven.
