Looking for authentic onigiri (rice balls) in Los Angeles? Then this is the place to go! Jichan's onigiri-ya offers so many different flavors of onigiri and rice bowls. I tried 10 flavors and all of them were really delicious. I really wish I could eat these every day. My favorites are onsen onigiri and mentai-tamago onigiri. 

Karaage (fried chicken) was flavorful, you definitely wanna try it with your rice balls!

Macchiato original location. Compared with downtown location, it's bigger space and has free parking. I know mochi waffle doesn't look great in the picture (see below) but I liked it better than charcoal.

Just opened about 6 months ago, Bubble Crush make their boba drinks with all real stuff, like real fruits, real milk, and real strong tea. They don't use any creamer, fruit syrups, powders. That's great.
I sometimes ask " do you use real fruits?" and if they say "no, we use powders" then I just leave. Because I don't wanna powder drinks. I want all made with real stuff.

All their drinks are good, you can really taste strong flavor of teas. You can also choose sugar level so you don't have to worry about your drinks being too sweet.

I love this. You get to taste two flavors.

Taiwanese bakery, Sunmerry Bakery specializes in fresh Asian pastries and desserts. Sunmerry Bakery has over 80 kinds of bread and cakes such as Green Tea Croissant, Taro Milk Cake, BBQ Pork Chashu Bolo Buns, etc. They also have salted cheese tea, specializes in freshly brewed tea in which you can add a Salted Cheese topping that consists of whipped cream with a hint of rock salt and cream cheese.

All pastries were pretty good.

I actually liked green tea croissant a lot.

This little cafe in Monterey Park offers super cute latte art. It takes about 20 minutes to get a cup of latte, but cute.
