Ring Baked tofu donuts

Back in December, Ring baked tofu donuts shop was at Grand Central Market as one of the pop-up participant shop. Each donut was $2.50. I got earl grey donut. It was super soft and moist.

Their baked tofu donuts uses organic & local ingredients. Tofu, okara, and soy milk by Meiji Tofu in Torrance.

Grandma Kim's in Canoga Park, back in January, 2010. We had a restaurant.com $25 gift certificate. Just like 3 years ago, good food and friendly workers.

St. Marc's Cafe - Topanga Mall, Canoga Park (CLOSED)

St. Marc's Cafe located inside Westfield Topanga mall in Canoga Park, CA. Their pastries tasted good, but I was kinda shocked when I saw this place, it was like a tiny fast food place. I was expecting more like a cafe. Also they actually make everything here, but the pastries didn't look so good. I saw pictures of the ones in Japan, and they look so good. But again, even though they didn't look delicious, the taste was good. So go for it, try them.

I thought these pastries were a little expensive. Choco cro was very small.

Gulen's Mediterranean at the food court. Spending $10 for 1 meal at a food court? Seems expensive, but the taste was really good.

Melt Gelato & Crepe Cafe at Westfield Topanga Mall. Very expensive. Gelato tasted just OK. Won't eat again. Crepe was also OK, but whoever was making crepes lost our order, we had to wait over 20 minutes to get this crepe. SUCKS.

I think it was Creme Brulee and Strawberry Cheesecake.

Over-rated pizza place. Not enough toppings. Each slice had one or two pepperoni, a few tiny pieces of bell peppers, and sausage. For $17, I think I should get more toppings. Tasted just OK. Not the place I wanna go back to again.

Grandma Kim's Family Diner in Canoga Park, CA. I wasn't crazy about "banchan" here, but my husband really liked kimchi here (he usually almost never eats).
I ordered BBQ short ribs & soon tofu combination $14.99, and my husband ordered soon tofu.

pan fried dumplings $8.99 (tasted different from Japanese potstickers)

BBQ short ribs (It was very difficult to eat because it has bones and the meat was hard, BUT the taste was soooo good. Whatever they use for the sauce or marinade, it was just so good.)
