Homeboy Bakery

Every time I see Homeboy bakery at Farmer's Market, I stop by and I just buy it.I like their pastries.

I wanted to buy pretzel burger buns, but it was around $10 for a bag so I didn't get it.

These were 3 for $5, but I asked for discount and I got 3 for $4.Chocolate croissant, blueberry scone, and Banana muffin.

Ann's Bakery available at Farmer's Market

Ann's bakery Baked goods available at Farmer's Market. I purchased at Farmer's Market on Wilshire/Vermont. I tried donut and scones, and they were fine, nothing special. I also wish the lady was more friendly. When I bought my donut last year, she was saying something like "oh, just one donut, that's only 50 cents", blah, blah, blah.. like she seemed unhappy because I only spent 50 cents for one donut. Hey lady, if you are not happy about it, don't sell it!
Their bread looks good and I do wanna try but I haven't bought any loaf bread from them because they are too moist, too much butter and calories, and I'm guessing too sweet for my taste. Of course I don't know it because I haven't tried yet. But I wouldn't pay $4-5 for something I can easily make at home.

Mom's products at Farmer's Market

Mom's products, available at farmer's market. This was at Wilshire/Vermont Friday farmer's market.

Their hummus are good.

Mediterranean pizza. 3 small pizzas (like pita size), and it was around $4-$5, I think. I expected to be more flavorful.

Blazin J's Kettle Corn at Farmer's Market in Koreatown

So I'm on twitter, I've noticed @koreatown tweeting about this Blazin J's kettle corn all the time, so I decided to stop by and check them out.
I'm not a big popcorn fan, I almost never eat popcorns. I hate the popcorn smells at the movie theater, I don't like instant package you can buy at grocery stores. But when I saw them actually making kettle corn, and after I had some samples, I just had to get one. Blazin J's kettle corn were fresh and tasty. I loved it. When I went to, I think they had three flavors, regular, caramel, and cheese.

Some people may know, A-Frame restaurant uses Blazin J's kettle corn for their Furikake Popcorn.

Mention "twitter" at Wilshire/Vermont farmer's market in Koreatown (every Friday, 11am-3pm), and receive $1 off (so small bag will be $1, large bag will be $3. *all flavors add extra $1).
