Sahara - House of Lords steakhouse

House of Lords steakhouse at Sahara. Since this was back in December 2008, I'm not sure if they are still doing it or not, but every steak entree comes with a free lobster.

Sahara - House of Lords steakhouse

House of Lords steakhouse at Sahara. Inside the restaurant was very dark, and it wasn't busy at all. We didn't order any steaks so I don't know about the steaks, but the food we ordered was just average. The portions weres really big. Crab cake was so so, my scallops were good. Pasta was heavy but tasty. There's a $6 split charge fee for sharing an entree.

I was so full after 2-3 scallops. Scallops were big.

Goat cheese, sun-dried tomato, basil, eggplant, red peppers in a roasted garlic cream

Leftovers. The plate was very deep, and the portion was big. They should serve in half portion for half price, so you won't waste any food.

Sahara - Tangiers Suite hotel room

Sahara Tangiers Suite hotel room. It's got 2 rooms, 2 TVs (although, most of the channels on the bedroom TV didn't work), bar area with fridge that doesn't get cold. We also found out there is a gym in this floor. I think it was the very top floor. We actually went to the gym, it's very small, but if you are hotel guest, check it out.

Conditioning shampoo and soaps. That's all you get. I recommended to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion if you are staying here. I wonder how many girls can survive with no lotion in Vegas.

Sahara - Caravan cafe (CLOSED)

This place is DISGUSTING. Slow service, you can tell all the waitresses don't wanna work, just wanna go home. We were sitting in a booth, but I can see around the booth is covered with dust. And for the first time ever at a restaurant, I saw a roach. I couldn't believe it. I just had to leave right away.

We ordered Caravan Western Burger, $8.95, and soft drink, $2.75. I didn't wanna eat so much, so that's all we ordered. The burger came out rare, but we ordered well-done, so we returned the food and asked them to make it again. The first and second picture is the burger we got the first time. All other pics are from the second time. Second burger had lettuce, tomato, red onion, which wasn't on the first burger, and it also had extra onion rings and bacon.

Sahara - Buffet 2004 (CLOSED)

Sahara buffet in 2004. $6.99 per person for sunday brunch, I believe. I didn't wanna eat here but my husband really wanted to eat fried chicken so we came here. I only had one plate, I didn't like food here at all, and I didn't like selection of their food since I'm not crazy about fried chicken or mashed potato. So I was just watching my husband eating.

Good thing about this buffet is that you go and get your soda refill so you can choose the one you wanna drink and you don't have to wait for your server to get refill.
