I recently made this dried cranberry coffee cake. Recipe from HERE.
I followed the recipe, exactly what recipe says, and the taste was ...ok. But this time only. After 2 slices, the rest went to garbage. Too bad. I still have half of the dried cranberries left, so if you know the best recipe that uses dried cranberries, let me know.

Dried Cranberry Coffee Cake
4 servings
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 3/4 cup sugar
 2 tsp. baking powder
 1/4 tsp. salt
 1 egg, beaten
 1/2 cup milk
 1/4 cup vegetable oil
 3/4 cup dried cranberries
 2 Tbs. brown sugar
 1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
 1 Tbs. margarine or butter
 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, stir together egg, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in dried cranberries. Pour into a greased 8- x 8-inch or 9- x 9-inch baking pan.
3. Combine brown sugar, 1 Tbs. flour, and cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in chopped nuts. Sprinkle over batter.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
