Bombay Palace - Beverly Hills

Bombay Palace is known for delicious dishes with extraordinary combinations of flavors, delicate seasonings, full flavored spices, yogurt based marinades and complex tastes, serving authentic Northern Indian food since 1985. The food was great, and everything is made from scratch.

House made pickles and sauces.
We started off with delicious cocktails.
Bombay Martini / Mango Tini / Mango Mojito / Palace special
stuffed naan / garlic naan / kabab platter
Raita - whipped yogurt with cucumbers.
The owner recommended to eat this with naan.
Kashmiri Naan - stuffed with mixed dried fruits and nuts.
It was my first time seeing and trying stuffed naan, it was really delicious, with a hint of sweetness.
Chef special kabab platter - chef special kebab samplings; noorarni kebab, chicken tikka, boti kebab, and seekh kebab.

Lobster Masala - cubed lobster with a blend of freshly ground spices and herbs cooked in a bhuna sauce.
Chicken Tikka Masala - Barbecued cubed chicken cooked with tomatoes, onions, and yogurt.
Rogan Josh - classic lamb curry
Baingan Bharta - eggplant grilled over charcoal, mashed and cooked with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger and spices.
Chana Peshawari - chickpeas slowly simmered with tart pomegranate seeds cooked with onions, tomatoes, and spices.
Pulao - Basmati pulao cooked with cumin, cardamom, cloves, and saffron
Kashmiri Pulao - Long grain rice cooked with dry fruits, nuts, and saffron, it's little sweeter than regular rice.
Mango Kulfi - Indian ice cream
It's house made. Delicious.
Pistachio Kulfi
Carrot Halwa - Flourless carrot cake served with coconut-pineapple ice cream
It was little too sweet for me.
