Valerie Confections and G&B grand opening - Grand Central Market

Today was the G&B and Valerie confections grand opening day at Grand Central Market. I wanted to avoid lunch time but I got here around 12:15pm and this place was packed. I couldn't find any tables open so I got some stuff quickly and left. But I know I'll be here again next week.

So I checked out Valerie Confections. There weren't many choices. I hope they're gonna have more pastries next week. I wanted to get salted caramel croissant, but they were sold out. Damn..

Late night hang out at The Prince and Mr. Coffee in Koreatown

The Prince is well known bar in ktown because it has been used for many TV series and movie productions, such as Criminal Minds, The Defenders, Mad Men, The New Girl, Eagleheart , Chinatown, Thank You for Smoking, and Prime Suspect, Anthony Bourdain’s new show The Layover and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, among others.

I wasn't really here to drink, I was looking for some place to chat with my friends and I ended up coming here because this place is open late. I wish I was hungry enough to order their famous chicken. Maybe some other time.

Strawberry Daiquiri with easy alcohol $6.99

Seafood pancake with green onions $21.99
We probably waited about 30 minutes and finally got this. It was huge but not worth $22.

Native foods cafe - Culver CIty

Native foods cafe is known to Vegan people. The food is made fresh daily—from homemade tempeh and seitan, to Native Cheese, to sauces and drinks, dressings and desserts too. The entire menu is 100% plant-based. Personally, I like veggie grill better.

Cucumber and wakame seaweed salad, comes with Sesame kale macro bowl.

Chimi chop salad $9.95
Crunchy romaine, chopped grilled veggies, roasted corn kernels, sweet roasted peppers, garlic croutons and warm shaved native Peppered Seitan tossed with chimichurri and drizzled with ranch dressing.

Sesame kale macro bowl $8.95
Grilled native tempeh atop steamed kale, brown rice, creamy ginger sesame sauce, and tangy sauerkraut. Garnished with gomashio, toasted sesame seeds and green onion.
