Gourmet Taiwanese food demonstration and tasting event

I had a opportunities to attend Gourmet Taiwanese food demonstration and tasting event last week.
Cooking demonstration was presented by State banquet chefs Mr. Pan meng-jen and Mr. Tsai wan-li.

Mr. Pan is a remowned chef in Taiwan, He is specialied in traditional Taiwanese cuisine as well as Japanese food. Mr. Tsai is also a famous, he is culinary instructor and writer of more than 30 best-selling cookbooks.

I got some goodies and I'm in love with sachima sesame flavor snack!
