The best breakfast at Cici's Cafe in Tarzana

CiCi’s is a full service restaurant that first originated as CiCi's Cafe in 2006 in Tarzana. CiCi’s specializes in its homemade recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are famous for pancakes, french toast, waffles and crepes. CiCi also serves specialty pastas, salads, burgers and sandwiches. CiCi's Cafe continues to expand and opened its second location in Westlake Village and they are also serving dinner and alcohol drinks.

Cici's Cafe is super popular. There's always line outside on weekends. Sometimes celebrities go there, too. Everything was really delicious, but my favorite was Siam Benedict.

By the way, I suggest to check their website before you go, because they have 30 pages of menu. It took me a while to decide what I wanted.

Green tea Tiramisu $13.95 - Topped with green tea tiramisu mascarpone sauce & whipped cream

Berry Tango $13.95 - Fresh strawberries, homemade lemon sauce & whipped cream

Lemon sauce was really nice. It really adds more flavor to it.

Strawberry Dutch $13.95 - German pancake topped with fresh strawberries
It takes 20 minutes so be sure to order ahead

Violet $14.95 - Souffle Pancakes with Blueberry coulis topped with lavender whipped ganache
It was fluffy. I had leftover next day and it was still delicious.

Siam Benedict $18.95 - 2 poached eggs, Thai beef panang curry & avocado pesto. French baguette topped with homemade hollandaise sauce
My favorite of all. So tasty and perfectly cooked poached eggs, it was runny and beef was soft. I forgot but I think they said the owner is Thai so she knows how to cook Thai flavored dishes. But not only Thai dishes, she knows how to cook everything, really.
