Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
Lean Cuisine frozen dinner. $1.50 each on sale. $1.50? No way! That's too much. "Lean Cuisine" sounds like less calories and fat, and something you can eat when you're on a diet. BUT it's not. This Lean Cuisine is very small, smaller than the other frozen dinners, so that's why calorie is a little less than the other ones. Because each box is small I always get hungry an hour later, and I need to eat more.
Salmon with lemon dill sauce
No...it wasn't good and not enough portion.
Beef pot roast
Tasted awful. Carrots were like plastic, the meat had weird taste, mashed potato was bland. Not recommended.

Swanson Hungry-Man frozen dinner
Hungry-Man frozen dinner. Cheap ($1), high calories, and that's what you get. It wasn't good at all.
Hungry-Man Buffalo style chicken strips (920cal)
Corn was good, but brownie was dry, half of the fries were too hard, and the other half were too soft. Chicken tasted pretty bad (like fake chicken meat), most went to garbage.
Hungry-Man classic fried chicken
My husband ate this, he said this classic chicken uses real chicken meat, so it tasted ok.

Dried Cranberry Coffee Cake
I recently made this dried cranberry coffee cake. Recipe from HERE.
I followed the recipe, exactly what recipe says, and the taste was ...ok. But this time only. After 2 slices, the rest went to garbage. Too bad. I still have half of the dried cranberries left, so if you know the best recipe that uses dried cranberries, let me know.
Dried Cranberry Coffee Cake
4 servings
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup dried cranberries
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbs. margarine or butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
