I was watching youtube and I saw someone was making ice cream pound cake.
All you need is ice cream and pancake mix. How easy is that!?
Since I have 20 pints of ice cream in my freezer, I decided to try it.

Sifted Pancake mix 150g
Melted Ice cream 200g
Butter (optional)

Mix pancake mix and ice cream. If you want tastier, add butter. Bake in 340F oven for 30-40 min.

About a month ago, I was invited to the media preview of Yogurtland's smoothie bowl.

Smoothie bowl is a blend of blueberries, blackberries, raspberry and bananas, and it's vegan, and no sugar added! OMG it was so delicious, and healthy! It's perfect for a pre-workout meal!

4 ingredients super easy oatmeal cookies

I recently made oatmeal cookies with Modern Oats. All you have to do is mix everything. That's it. It's super easy and anyone can make it. If you have Modern Oats at home, give a try!

All you need is 2 Tbsp flour, 1 Modern Oats, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp oil

There's a recipe on the package. 

Oh yeah, I decided to use this oil instead of canola oil. 

Add everything. Mix.

Bake for 15 min. Done.

It freeze well.

Kazan is a high-end soba noodle restaurant created by Ryu Isobe, the founder of Tatsu Ramen.
Due to Coronavirus, they are currently only open for pick-up/ to-go orders. Open 12pm-9pm. Phone number listed below.

Kazan serves the clear chicken broth, which is cooked for seven hours and vegan broth, which takes 24 hours to make. At Kazan, Chef Ryu utilizes traditional Japanese and French techniques to make his own perfect clear broth.

I tried two ramen, both were delicious but I highly recommended you to get #1 shoyu ramen. When I opened it, I instantly smelled truffle. So yummy. Then I tasted. So delicious.
#7 lamb lava was also good, lamb was tender. Also it's little spicy so if you don't like spicy, get something else.

#1 - Kazan’s original Shina Soba thin noodle in a clear, yet rich, soy based broth with truffle seasoning. Served with Chashu Pork, white scallion, green onions and our homemade won tons. Kazan makes their won tons every day, they grind the pork by themselves, they chop up the shrimp, and herbs to make a very fancy won ton.

#7 – Kazan’s A.k.a “lamb in lava”, this signature dish uses a variety of Kazan’s original noodles, from thin to thick, and is served with lamb chops, cilantro, and a lot of Japanese spices. The Japanese spices with Miso paste used in this dish are shipped directly from Japan, it’s super spicy and the presentation is exciting to the customers.
