Osaka Japanese Bistro in Vegas

Cool place to eat. There are tatami room that you can sit and relax.
Food taste was just ok, we thought tastes more like American Japanese, and little expensive.

Subway - Veggie patty sandwich

I got this subway veggie patty footlong sandwich on honey oat bread. It's $5.89 but I got for $4.50 with coupon. Subway is probably the best sandwich store, don't you think?

Homemade Ramen and Potstickers

I recently made Ramen and Gyoza (potstickers).
For ramen, I used instant package, but I made the hard boiled eggs (soaked in soy sauce, mirin, sake, dashi) , and I also added bean sprouts and wakame seaweed.

We made this potstickers from scratch. I couldn't stop eating.
