Rakkan ramen - Little Tokyo

Rakkan ramen is very popular in Tokyo. They were nomineed as no.1 ramen shop on Japanese top food review site, called tabelog. Rakkan opened in little tokyo so fast, 7-10 days after Toshi sushi closed.

Rakkan offers healthy yet flavorful ramen, made from scratch with fresh ingredients and vegan ramen is also available. I've tried most of their ramen, and I highly recommended to get shio (pearl) ramen here. Probably the best shio ramen in L.A.

Pearl (shio) ramenThey use special salt and white soy sauce to this clear vegetable broth. It's light and flavorful, healthy shio ramen.

Ruby (tomato) vegan ramen
Kohaku (shoyu) ramen
Vegan rainbow ramen
was also my favorite. There's noodles under veggies. Veggies were mixed with sesame dressing. Pretty tasty and big portion.
Chicken potage ramen
If you like creamy, milky taste, you'll like it.
