Steez cheesecake makes organic and healthier cheesecake. Calories are lower than regular cheesecake, and they are delicious. Also, it freezes well. *FYI cheesecake factory's cheesecakes has 5 times more calories!!

I was watching youtube and I saw someone was making ice cream pound cake.
All you need is ice cream and pancake mix. How easy is that!?
Since I have 20 pints of ice cream in my freezer, I decided to try it.

Sifted Pancake mix 150g
Melted Ice cream 200g
Butter (optional)

Mix pancake mix and ice cream. If you want tastier, add butter. Bake in 340F oven for 30-40 min.
