I just received an email about this cool event so I thought why not share this information with my readers.
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy a spectacular meal and interact with some of America's top culinary talents. Proceeds will go to benefit the James Beard Foundation - a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating, nurturing, and preserving America's diverse culinary heritage and future.
The November 15th event will be hosted by chef Rick Moonen at Rick Moonen's rm seafood, where 95% of the seafood on the menu has been sustainably caught or raised. The event also features guest chef celebrity Jennifer Carroll, a finalist on Bravo's Top Chef season 6.
If you are a Visa Signature cardholder - just look to see if your Visa Card says 'Visa Signature' across it - you get savings on ticket purchases. Your evening includes the unique opportunity to meet the chefs and engage in a Q&A session after enjoying a reception and a multiple course dinner with wine and beer pairings. It's sure to be an unforgettable evening. Tickets are available now."

Animal on N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles. It's kinda hard to find this place because you don't see a sign. I must say I'm very happy that I tried this place. Food was very good and very interesting. Everything I ate was really tasty.
This place is really busy. Reservation recommended.
Melted petit basque, chorizo, grilled bread $12 This is the dish that was recommended by the guy who was sitting next to me.Unfortunately, I can't eat cheese. But grilled bread and chorizo that is hiding under melted cheese were very good.
Barbeque pork belly sandwiches, slaw $12
melting your mouth, so soft and tasty.
Foie gras loco moco, quail egg, spam, hamburger $35 All my favorites in one plate. Just so good.
I wanted to go to Hash House A Go Go at the M resort, but there were people waiting in line, and we didn't wanna wait for an hour, so I decided to go to Baby Cakes instead.
I'm very happy that I got to try some pastries here, because my raspberry danish and panettone were really good. I also asked if they have frappuccino, it's not on the menu, but they said they can make it.
I was recently contacted to check out this place so I went to Hard Rock hotel. This Luxe Bar is located in the newer tower, you'll see the similar center bar in the original tower, so don't mixed up.
I like the atmosphere, drinks, and comfy sofa. Very relaxing. If you are tired of gambling, come here, sit, relax and watch sports. The only thing is that my friend told me the bartender was kinda rude and not hospitality, like he is so tired of his job.
"Luxe Bar is located in the center of the all-new casino expansion in the HRH Tower. Illuminated by dimly lit cast iron chandeliers and adorned with dark wood paneling and chains, the ambiance of true rock n' roll decadence can't be missed!"
Open 24 hours
