Chipotle chicken burrito

My husband got this. He said he didn't like it. Chipotle is Subway-style Mexican fast food.
Even though there were 10 people waiting before us, he got his order in 4-5 minutes. All their burritos range $5.20 - $5.85. Website says "gourmet burritos and tacos". I'm not sure which part is gourmet.
