Starry Kitchen in Downtown, Los Angeles. I came here with my friends who knows the owner. This place close at 3pm so make sure you go there before 3pm. The owner told us they make everything fresh, nothing pre-made, so that's why their food was fresh and delicious.
You pick one item from #1, then pick your style from #2, then pick your side dish from #3. But you can also substitute #3 and choose from #1.
I ordered Nebraska Angus Japanese meatball curry Banh Mi (sandwich) $7.50 with crispy tofu balls as a side ($1.50 extra). The total was $9.88.
I got my sandwich with jalapeno and they put like 3 slices on each sandwich. So spicy! Meatball Curry was delicious.
crispy tofu balls - ground tofu dipped in buttermilk batter and fry.
Of course they make each tofu balls by hand, not precooked. Crispy outside, soft inside. To me, it looked like coated with cereal with green food color.
