Hakata Ikkousha - Little Tokyo

I believe this is the 3rd store in Los Angeles area. They have in Torrance, Costa Mesa, and now open in Little Tokyo. I had buy 1 get 1 free coupon so I decided to come here during soft opening.
I really liked ramen here. In my opinion, Shinsengumi has strong smell and I don't like it, but this place doesn't. I really liked both black ramen and shoyu ramen. Also service was good, too.

menu

It describes how to eat tonkotsu ramen in delicious way.  We followed this. We had soup first, then soup and noodle together, then add some condiments, save some soup, then ordered kaedama (extra noodles).
Our order
Condiments - There's ramen sauce, garlic, etc
Complimentary spicy takana and ginger
Special fried chicken 1 piece $3.50
Each piece is pretty big. Juicy, crunchy outside, soft inside.

Garlic flavor, their signature ramen, comes with chashu, menma, green onion.

Shoyu Hybrid $7.90 + egg $1.50

Electric Sky wine tasting at Wolf dining LA

I was invited for Electric Sky premium wine L.A. launch tasting and dinner at Wold dining L.A. It was my first time coming to Wolf, and the food was amazing. Everything was unique and tasty.

Electric Sky Wine will debut in the Los Angeles area just in time for the summer. In partnership with music powerhouse Interscope Records, Electric Sky is the first premium, consumer-friendly wine born out of music. The wine is offered in convenient, single serve, stackable portions with four easy-to- sip varietals: French Rosé, Italian Pinot Grigio, California Moscato, and California Red Blend.

Electric Sky is sourced from select vineyards in the French Languedoc, Italian Veneto, and California wine growing regions. The wines are styled to be approachable and refreshing, offering varietals that are most popular with today’s younger, premium wine consumers. Designed for an on-the-go lifestyle, Electric Sky comes in a unique 750mL bottle that snaps into four pre-filled, shatterproof glasses of wine, which are 100% recyclable and BPE free. Convenient and portable, Electric Sky allows consumers to enjoy their favorite wine at any given location. The single serve glasses are also perfect for occasions where only one glass of wine is desired, without having to open a whole bottle.

I love the design and the size! It's easy to carry in your purse and no need to have bottle opener!
Daniel Sena talks about wine.

Let the beet drop - Yuzu, berries, almond, goat cheese snow, nasturtium
This dish was my favorite of all. The most delicious beets dish I've ever had.

Chicken liver pate
Olive oil jam, pickled rhubarb, red onion marmalade, lodge bread

You can stack up empty glasses.
Risotto
Braised beef cheek - jerusalem artichoke, endive, turmeric peppercorn sauce
It was so tender and tasty.

coffee
Blueberry souffle- with cherry froyo

Love the decor at Wolf
Great party idea
I came back home with lots of wines and snacks!
I really like the idea that you can re-use the wine glasses. You can keep your candies as shown, or keep accessories, for decorate, etc etc.
