FEATURING TOP CHEF MARCEL VIGNERON + EXECUTIVE CHEF JIRO KOBAYASHI
Sushi Roku Hollywood welcomes Chef Marcel Vigneron for a one-night-only pop-up dinner and restaurant takeover. Together with Sushi Roku’s Executive Chef Jiro Kobayashi, the Top Chef and The Next Iron Chef alumnus will offer a $65, six-course prix fixe menu that incorporates their signature personalities into each dish. The final dessert course will be prepared by IDG’s celebrated Executive Pastry Chef for BOA Steakhouse and RivaBella, Sara Variel. Guests will also have the option to add cocktail pairings from IDG’s mixology guru Aaron Alvarez, ordered either à la carte or paired with each course for an additional $25. Kobayashi and Vigneron’s specially-created menu, which will be served during two seatings, includes a trio of appetizers, sashimi, salad, hot plates, signature sushi, and dessert.PRICE: $65 per person (six courses)
