I was lucky enough to be there during their soft opening tasting event. This place is absolutely beautiful, and the food was really good and they were using good quality ingredients. Everything was creative, specially their desserts. But the food came out really slow. It took 90 minutes to get our second appetizer, which was little crazy. But other than that, this is my currant top 5 place to eat in Ktown!
My ginger beer
We didn't like that they serve champagne in a wine glass, and my straw was too shot so it was difficult to drink. Hope they'll fix that.
Maine lobster salad $19
- heirloom tomatoes, mizuna. white balsamic and grape vinaigrette
Absolutely lovely dish. Tomatoes were so sweet and juicy.
Grilled octopus $19
- kochujang romesco, korean pickles, roasted garlic
Crispy smelts $19
- tempura smelts, red onion & cilantro, ama ponzu
Again, they use sweet and juicy tomatoes, and I'm really happy about it.
