Mimimyunga serves Korean style soba noodles. It's little different from Japanese style but I really liked the food here. They have very unique soba, such as mackerel on top, anago tempura and uni!
I tried both hot and cold soba and I like cold better. They said cold and hot soba are different broth. The broth is both sweet, because they use lots of fruits and carrots to make broth. They add small amount of sugar in cold soba, but not hot soba so I guess cold soba is little sweeter than hot soba.
