Ramen Go just opened last month. It's owned by the same owners of Luigi al Teatro. They are vegan friendly, ramen always comes with toppings on the side. Toppings includes corn, bean sprouts, green onions, shredded pork and ginger. My favorites are kale noodle salad, karaage and shumai.
