If you like live band music and good food,this is the one in Fullerton. When we arrived here on Sunday, little after 4pm, the place was packed! Everyone is just chilling and enjoying their beers and food while they are waiting for the band to play.

 They have happy hour, too. Check their website for more info.

I was here because Gringo Bandito hot sauce has partnered with Slidebar to create the Cali Bandito Taco. It's new on the menu, and it's tasty, not so spicy. So be sure to try it!

Here's what we got. We enjoyed everything.

SOFT PRETZELS $ 6.95

Soft pretzel sticks fresh out of the oven. Lightly salted and served with cheese and mustard.

Cali Bandito Tacos $9.95

 The taco is essentially a deconstructed take on the California burrito and made with house made tortillas, topped with Gringo Bandito red marinated carne asada, french fries, cheddar cheese, sour cream and avocado crème. But I got with no cheese and sour cream.

Chicken Alfredo Pesto Flatbread (with no cheese) $ 11.95 

Grilled chicken with blend of pesto and Alfredo sauce sauce topped with Monterey jack, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and red onion.

The cowboy from hell (with no cheese) $13.95

Half-pound burger topped with jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, and finished with BBQ sauce, habanero aioli and crispy onions. It's bit spicy.

Chef Joseph Mahon of Burger Parlor and Dexter Holland, founder of Gringo Bandito Hot Sauce will debut the Gringo Bandito Tostada Burger at both Burger Parlor Locations (Orange and Fullerton). I was invited to try their new Gringo Bandito Tostada Burger. ..And yes, I got to try other burgers too. The owner Joseph himself cooked our burgers for us. Yes, he's successful and he is the owner, but he still cooks for the customers. I was impressed.

Crafted with 100% hormone free Nebraskan beef. The burger serves as the perfect combination of the spicy Mexican flavors synonymous with Gringo Bandito and the creative quality Burger Parlor is known for.

Smokey burger - Smoked bacon, crispy onions, caramelized onions, Wisconsin ChedarCheese, arugula, oven roasted tomato, chipotle aioli

This burger was my favorite of all, and also voted best burger in OC.

Chickwich sandwich - Grilled chicken, Provolone, bacon, pickles, caramelized onions, roma tomato, arugula, feta ranch dressing

Portland burger (vegetarian) with Marinated beets, grilled portebello, sprouts, arugula, pickled carrots, oven roasted tomato, herb sauce

Cap N crunch milkshake

 Since I never had Cap N crunch before, I wasn't sure how it's gonna taste like. But to me, it tasted like cold corn soup.
