cooking class with Chef di cuisine Ian Gresik at Drago Centro in Downtown, L.A 1.25.2012.

 

Well, I was very lucky. I retweeted on twitter and I won cooking class for two with Chef di cuisine Ian Gresik at Drago Centro ( Yay! That's like $55 a person). There were about 40 people attended. We all got to sample three different pastas, some wine and bread sticks. The chef made egg pasta from scratch and also three different pasta sauce.

I've dine at Drago Centro before and I loved it. So I was very excited to be here again, for the cooking class.

I asked for no cheese. Oh my.. bolognese was so tasty, so good. I wish I had a recipe for the sauce.



























Spaghetti with pesto sauce, fried tomato skin on top. Of course no cheese on mine and they remember it!

I was worried because I don't like cheese. This ravioli is filled with all cheese. But I ate it. It was actually good.









































We got some dough to take it home with, so I made pasta and ravioli. Nothing better than using fresh pasta.
