Osawa got super busy after Jonathan Gold reviewed. You must make reservations for lunch and dinner. If you just walk-in, you won't find the seat.
We were here for sukiyaki and shabu shabu. It's been a while since last time I had sukiyaki and shabu shabu. And I'm so happy that I found delicious sukiyaki and shabu shabu place here in Los Angeles. There aren't many places serves sukiyaki. Everything was fresh, freshly sliced beef, fresh veggies, house made soy sauce, and other sauces. By the way, if you want shabu shabu, it's only available at the counter. I'd definitely come back for sushi next time!
Left side with black bar chairs are shabu shabu area. Right side is sushi bar. And they also have tables.
They slice the beef after you placed your order. So fresh.
