Caesars Palace - Payard Patisserie & Bistro

Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace. Just opened up last month. It's like Jean Phillippe.
There's a cafe as well around the corner and you can have breakfast pastries, lunch and other stuff. I loved raspberry mousse below. Green tea tart was very interesting, new taste. It was sour. Green tea marshmallow was chewy and gooey. They also have crepes and gelato.
