Top of the World restaurant at Stratosphere. The restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 1 hour and 20 minutes. The tower is actually moving slowly and we did feel a little sick.
The food was fine, but after we received our bread, we waited about 20 minutes to get our entrees. Then after we fished eating, we didn't see our waitress, and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get a dessert menu, then order, then wait again to receive dessert. We were here for 90 minutes, just to eat one entree each and one dessert.

Steak & Eggs "Elevated" $22

Lobster Salad Sandwich $26

About half way, I was already so full, just this plate would be enough for 2 people. There was lots of lobster and it was tasty.
