Grand Central Market is pleased to announce that Clark Street Bread, the brainchild of owner and baker Zack Hall, will be setting up a pop-up space in the Market starting Saturday, October 4.
Hall, whose "wonderfully tangy but intensely earthy" bread has been praised in LA Weekly and Los Angeles Magazine and enjoyed in restaurants such as Trois Mec and Farmshop, will be in residence at the Market on Saturdays this fall and serving up the following bread varieties:

Danish Rye
Miche

Oatmeal Raisin
Honey Wheat Berry
Spelt
Olive & Thyme
Brown Rice Porridge
"Sharing Clark Street Bread with the larger Los Angeles community has always been one of my goals," said Hall. "I'm so excited to join the Market and the Downtown LA food scene, and can't wait to set up shop."
The Market continues to celebrate the diverse flavors of Los Angeles cuisine and support local artisans like Hall. Grand Central Market is open until 9 pm every Thursday-Saturday.
