Singapore's Le Shrimp Ramen is now open at South Coast Plaza, inside Bloomingdale's.
The rich, golden broth is a result of 8 hours of simmering fresh shrimp, pork bones and traditional Chinese spices, including star anise, cinnamon, clove and white peppercorn. Le Shrimp Ramen is the first noodle shop to specialize in a prawn and pork bone-based broth.
