Mandalay Bay - Border Grill - Vegas and Food

Mandalay Bay - Border Grill

Border Grill at Mandalay Bay in 2004. We had gift certificate and we were so excited to try this place because it's owned by famous chefs, used to have show on Food Network.
BUT everything was terrible. We had to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated, no waiter for a while after that. My husband ordered coke but had no bubble in it so we asked to change, but our waiter just put the old coke on the shelf behind my husband, and he never came back, so we asked to different waiter to bring us new one, and finally got new coke.
All the food had cheese except 2-3 dishes (I can't eat any cheese).
Food was expensive, service horrible, taste wasn't good at all. NEVER AGAIN!

flour tortilla, guacamole, and cucumber citrus slaw
