I was lucky enough to get on the list during soft-opening and try everything for free! This is their second location. Just around the corner from Pink's hot dog, right next to All about the bread.
Tatsu ramen is tonkotsu base, thin noodles. If you don't want your ramen too greasy, ask for easy oil after you placed your order. Currently, dessert is not available. Hopefully they'll have ice cream or something in the future.

Soul ramen $12
Signature ramen. Homemade Tonkotsu broth, black garlic oil and sweet umami sauce. Served with ground beef and a choice of pork, chicken or tofu. I got with pork.
Me and my friend, we both liked this soul ramen better.

I liked chashu rice bowl. It had sweet flavor. It wasn't cubed, more liked shredded.
