Cefe de Japon is located in Chinatown, Las Vegas. Cafe de Japon use healthy and fresh ingredients. When I was here, the owner told me everything made from scratch except soy sauce.
At Cafe de Japon, you must get Yuzu soda. It's delicious. Also curry is recommended. I didn't take pics but they have more curry menu and you can create the way you like, like add toppings, choose how spicy you want, etc. I also ordered omurice but I liked curry better.
About the chef:
"Chef Kiichi worked as an executive sushi chef at Sushi Roku inside the Caesars Palace from 2004-2010. During his time there, Chef Kichii was scouted for the reality cooking show “Top Chef”, but he declined the offer to spend more time with his family. In 2010, Chef Kiichi decided to open his own restaurant, Café de Japon."
